Complete Guide to Logging In to Your Bull98 Account

If this is your first time login to bull98 or simply want to make sure everything goes smoothly, here is a clear and straightforward guide. The process login at bull98 is designed to be fast and secure — typically taking less than 30 seconds from start to the moment you are inside your account.

The first step to login is to enter the username or email address you used when registering your bull98 account. If you are unsure of your username, try using your email address — both formats are accepted by the bull98 system. Make sure there are no accidental spaces before or after your username, as this can cause a login failure login that is unnecessary.

After entering your username, enter your password. Passwords are case-sensitive — "Abc123" and "abc123" are two different passwords. Use the eye icon on the right side of the password field to reveal your password and confirm it has been entered correctly before clicking the Log In. This small step can save you the frustration of repeated failed attempts login that fails repeatedly.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — An Extra Layer of Security

If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on your bull98 account — which we strongly recommend — every attempt login from a new device will require an additional step. After entering the correct username and password, a 6-digit OTP code will be sent via SMS to your registered Malaysian phone number.

Enter the OTP code in the field provided. The code is only valid for 2 minutes — so make sure you enter it as soon as you receive the SMS. If the code expires before you can enter it, use the "Resend code" button that appears once the countdown ends to request a new one. Each OTP is unique and can only be used once.

If you frequently login from the same device — such as your personal smartphone — you can select the "Remember me on this device" option, which will keep the session login your session longer. However, we do not recommend this on public or shared devices to keep your account secure.
